Delivery within Turkey

When will my order be shipped and how long will it take to arrive?
To offer you the best shipping service, Zühre works with Yurtiçi Kargo. Your order is carefully prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs 150 ₺. Shipping is free on orders of 2500 ₺ and above.

Will I pay anything on delivery?
No. Since the shipping fee is included in your order total, you will not make any additional payment on delivery.

International Delivery

When will my order be shipped and how long will it take to arrive?
Your order is carefully prepared within 1–3 business days and shipped with Aramex or Asset. Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days, depending on your country and customs processing.

How much is shipping?
The international shipping fee is shown at checkout and added to your order total.

Will I pay customs duties or taxes?
No. All customs duties and taxes are covered by Zühre; you will not pay any additional fees on delivery.

Can I return or exchange an international order?
Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders. Please check the size chart on the product page carefully before placing your order.
