By creating a Venus account:

Yes. You can also order as a guest if you wish.
However, becoming a member provides great convenience for order tracking and future purchases.
You can send a password reset link to your email address by clicking the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen.
After setting a new password, you can log in to your account immediately.
Yes. After logging into your Zuhre account:
You can easily update your contact, address, and personal information in the My Account → Account Information section.
Yes. To delete your membership:
- You can make a request via My Account → Settings or
- You can send your membership cancellation request to musterihizmetleri@zuhre.com.tr .
Your request will be processed as soon as possible.
Online Shopping
Shopping from the Zuhre online store is very easy:
- Choose the product you want to buy.
- Choose your size and color options.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button.
- Enter your address and payment information by selecting the "Proceed to Checkout" option from your shopping cart.
- Confirm your order.
All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment infrastructure.
If your order has not yet been shipped , you can submit your cancellation request to our customer service.
Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled; in this case, you can use the return process.

This situation is mostly caused by connection interruptions that occur during the payment process.
You can follow these steps:
- First, check the My Account → My Orders section.
- If you ordered as a guest, check your email inbox.
- If you haven't received your order confirmation email, you can contact our customer service with your payment receipt.
Our team will verify your order and make it visible in our system, or inform you about a refund.
You can view all stages of your order by logging into your Zühre account and going to My Account → My Orders .
Once your order is shipped, the system will automatically send you the DHL tracking number. You can track your shipment in real time using this number.
If you placed your order as a guest, you can also check the status via the link in your order confirmation email.
Payment
You can use the following payment methods when shopping on zuhre.com.tr:
- Credit card (Visa / MasterCard)
- Bank card
- Installment payment (according to the installment options offered by the banks)
- Gift voucher / discount code
All payments are protected by Shopify's SSL security infrastructure.
Currently , EFT/bank transfer payment option is not available on the Zühre online store.
You can securely complete your payments using a credit or debit card.
No. Zühre online store does not offer cash on delivery.
All payments are collected online during the order creation process.
You can use your discount code or gift voucher by entering it in the “Discount Code / Gift Voucher” field during the checkout process and clicking the Apply button.
If the code is valid, the discount will be applied to your cart total immediately.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed through zuhre.com.tr are shipped with DHL Cargo guarantee.
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via SMS and/or email.
The standard shipping fee is 79.99 TL .
Free shipping on orders of 1,000 TL or more .
Your order will be handed over to DHL within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and shipping volume.
Address changes cannot be made after your order has been shipped.
If you believe there is an error in your address, you can contact DHL Cargo to request a redirect.
When receiving the product:
- Before accepting the delivery, please check the package for any external damage such as crushing, tearing, or opening .
- If you find any packages that appear damaged, have the delivery person prepare a damage report and return them to the courier without accepting delivery .
- If you believe there is a problem with your product after receiving the package, you can contact our customer service.
Yes. As Zühre, we export to many countries, primarily in the Middle East and Europe.
International shipping options may be limited for orders placed through our online store.

Exchange - Return Process
Zühre online store does not offer exchange options.
If you wish, you can return the product and place a new order for the product you want.
You can follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Prepare the product in its original condition (tag intact, unused, and undamaged).
- Please include your invoice and the return form sent to you in the package.
- You can return the product free of charge from any DHL branch using the Zühre DHL Return Code: 1039696236 .
- Once your package reaches us, the review process begins and you will be notified of the results.
For a return to be accepted:
- The product must be unused.
- The label must not be removed.
- It should not have been renovated.
- It must not have lost its salability.
For hygiene reasons , returns are not accepted for modest swimwear and semi-covered swimwear products once the package has been opened.
For purchases made from our online store, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returns are not accepted for items purchased more than 14 days ago.
- You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided to you when you deliver your package to the DHL branch.
- Once the product reaches us and the inspection process is complete, you will be notified by email.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be credited to your card or account within approximately 7 business days, depending on your bank .
This time frame may vary depending on the banks' transaction volume.
If the situation persists beyond 14 days, please contact your bank.
Returns made via DHL Cargo are sent free of charge using Zühre's contracted return code (1039696236) .
No extra fee will be charged for returns.
