Orders within Turkey

What are your return conditions?

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, with tags attached, unaltered and in resalable condition.

Our return period is 14 days. Return requests made after this period will not be processed.

If a return breaks the conditions of a campaign, the refund is calculated based on the item's non-discounted price.

For hygiene reasons, modest swimwear and semi-covered swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned once the package has been opened.

What are your exchange conditions?

To request an exchange, please fully complete the exchange form included in your package. Exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different color or size; items cannot be exchanged for a different product. If the requested color or size is out of stock, your payment will be refunded.

How do I return an item?

You can send your return to us from any Yurtiçi Kargo branch. Yurtiçi Kargo return code: 1234082230

Once your return reaches us and our team confirms that there is no damage caused by use, the amount will be refunded to your account or card.

Items that are not reported within 14 days of delivery, or that are no longer in resalable condition, will not be accepted for return by Zühre.

Refunds

The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account depends on your bank. Refunds to credit cards are usually reflected within 7 days.

If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact your bank.

How long is the return period for online purchases?

In accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement, you can return items purchased from our online store within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

The return period for defective items is 14 days.

Return requests made after this period will not be processed.

Why are returns only accepted within the first 14 days?

The right of withdrawal without giving a reason under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law covers the first 14 days after you receive the item. You can return your purchase within this period. If you want to return an item due to a manufacturing defect, the return period is also 14 days.

International Orders

Returns and exchanges are not available for orders shipped to addresses outside Turkey. Please check the size chart on the product page carefully before placing your order.
