We attach great importance to the lawful, fair, secure and transparent processing of your personal data; this Privacy Notice has been prepared to explain how and for what purposes your personal data is processed and how you can manage your preferences regarding this matter. Below, you can find detailed explanations regarding the purposes for which your personal data is processed and transferred within the scope of marketing activities offered to you by our Company, which is the data controller pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“ Law ”), and your rights regarding your personal data.

  1. What personal data does our company obtain, and by what methods?

Our company;

  • Identity information; Name, surname, Turkish National Identity Number, date of birth, copy of national identity card.
  • Contact information; Phone number, email address, work address.
  • Customer Transaction Data: Call center records, invoice, promissory note, check information, order information, request information.
  • Financial data includes bank account information, credit card information, balance sheet information (if necessary for risk management in commercial transactions), financial performance information, credit and risk information, and asset information.
  • Marketing data; Shopping history information.
  • Legal Transaction Data; Information from correspondence with judicial authorities in the event of a legal matter or lawsuit, and information from the case file.
  • Employment data includes: company, department, type of work, profession, title, and signature specimen.
  • Visual and auditory data; photographs and audio recordings of the actual person.
  • Website/Application usage data includes: User's on-site activities, user's mouse movements,

We collect personal data in the following ways: through information and communication forms on our websites and mobile applications, social media messages, our call center, or physically through dealers/stores; through events organized or attended by our Company; through which we request your personal data from you and/or other representatives/employees representing your company due to the legitimate interests of our Company; through your physical or electronic transmission of this data to our Company by you and/or other representatives/employees of your company; through your entry of information into our platforms and your recording of information accessible to third parties on the internet; through voice recordings obtained during our telephone conversations due to the legitimate interest of our Company in providing effective customer support services; and electronically through cookies used on our website, as detailed in our Cookie Policy, due to the legitimate interest of our Company in developing and making its platform more effective.

  1. On what legal grounds does our company obtain your personal data?

Your personal data obtained through the methods described above is collected, processed, and transferred in accordance with the Law and for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice. Personal data is processed as specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law;

  • It must be explicitly provided for in the laws.
  • It is necessary for our company to fulfill its legal obligations.
  • It must be directly related to the formation or performance of the contract and the processing must be necessary.
  • Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of our Company, provided that it does not prejudice your fundamental rights and freedoms.
  • The fact that you have made it public,
  • The processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.

It is collected based on legal grounds.

  1. For what purposes does our company process your personal data?

Your personal data, obtained pursuant to Article 5 of the Law and subject to the activities specified below, is processed in a limited and proportionate manner, in connection with the processing purposes stated below.

Planning and executing activities necessary for customizing and recommending the company's products and services to relevant individuals based on their preferences, usage habits, and needs, and for our business units to carry out the necessary work and manage the relevant business processes to enable these individuals to benefit from these products and services;

  • In order for the company to provide its products and services to its customers under the best possible conditions,
  • Ensuring the reliable and uninterrupted supply of products or services and maximizing customer satisfaction, li>
  • Making payments, carrying out various transactions related to the aforementioned services, conducting and improving operations,
  • The activities include the promotion, marketing, advertising, and campaigning of the aforementioned products and services, or various other products and services; informing customers about opportunities, campaigns, and other services; event management; planning and executing corporate communication activities; and planning and executing customer relationship management processes.
  • The terms of contracts concluded with customers, suppliers, and business partners must be fulfilled.
  • Planning and executing the Company's commercial and/or business strategies, and ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of the Company and related parties with whom the Company has a business relationship.
  • Monitoring the company's finance and/or accounting, marketing activities, and planning and executing the company's human resources policies and processes.
  • Planning and executing market research activities for the sale and marketing of products and services.
  • Planning and executing the promotion and marketing processes of products and services.
  • Managing relationships with business partners and/or suppliers,
  • Event management
  • Planning and execution of customer relationship management processes.
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of the requirements of contracts concluded with customers, suppliers and business partners, and ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-business security of the Company and related persons with whom the Company has a business relationship.
  • Planning and execution of operational activities and risk management necessary to ensure that company operations are conducted in accordance with company procedures and/or relevant legislation.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the principles of personal data processing specified in Article 4 of the Law, for the purposes of (“Purposes”).

  1. To whom and for what purposes may our company transfer your personal data?

Your personal data obtained by our company may be transferred to group companies, suppliers, business partners, affiliates, legally authorized private individuals and organizations, and legally authorized public institutions for processing in accordance with this Privacy Notice, the Company's Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, and relevant legislation, in line with the objectives stated above.

In addition, ZÜHRE TEKSTİL İNŞAAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, together with its Pushouse business partner, sends automated notification reminders and commercial campaign messages via WhatsApp.

  1. e) Rights of the Personal Data Subject as Listed in Article 11 of the Law

According to Article 11 of the Law, personal data owners;

  • To find out whether your personal data is being processed,
  • The right to request information regarding the processing of personal data.
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used appropriately for that purpose.
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or internationally.
  • The right to request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and to request that this correction be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.
  • Even if personal data has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, the right to request the deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, and to request that this action be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.
  • The right to object to an outcome that is detrimental to oneself, resulting from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems.
  • Individuals who suffer damages as a result of the unlawful processing of their personal data have the right to claim compensation for those damages.

The company will process the requests of personal data owners as soon as possible, and no later than 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged for responses up to ten pages. A processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page exceeding ten pages. If the response to the application is provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, the fee that may be requested by the company will not exceed the cost of the recording medium. You can submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights mentioned above in Turkish and in writing, or via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or using the electronic mail address previously notified to the company and registered in our system, in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué No. 30356 dated 10.03.2018 on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller. The company reserves the right to verify your identity before responding. In your application;

  1. Your name, surname, and signature (if the application is in writing),
  2. For Turkish citizens, your Turkish Republic identity number; if you are a foreigner, your nationality, passport number, or identity number if you have one.
  3. Your residential or business address for notification purposes,
  4. If you have one, please provide your email address, telephone number, and fax number for notification purposes.
  5. The subject of your request must be stated, and any relevant information and documents should be attached to your application.

You can submit your applications using the KVKK Application Form available on our website. For written applications, please attach the necessary documents and send them to our company, as the data controller, at the following address : Mahmutbey Mh. Atlas Cd. 2640 Sk. No:11 Güneşli-Bağcılar-İSTANBUL/TURKEY . For applications via email, please send them to kvkk@zuhre.com.tr . For applications via KEP (Registered Electronic Mail), please send them to zuhretekstilinsaat@hs01.kep.tr . Depending on the nature of your request, you must provide us with complete and accurate information and documents. Failure to provide the requested information and documents properly may hinder the company's ability to conduct thorough and effective investigations regarding your request. In this case, the company reserves its legal rights. Therefore, your application must be complete and include all requested information and documents, according to the nature of your request.
