As ZÜHRE TEKSTİL İNŞAAT SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. ("Company"), we attach great importance to the processing of your personal data in a lawful, honest, secure, and transparent manner. This Clarification Text has been prepared in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law") in our capacity as the data controller to explain for what purposes the personal data of individuals ("Data Subject") who visit, become members of, and/or shop on our website www.zuhre.com.tr are processed and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Which Personal Data Is Processed?

  • Identity Information: First name, last name
  • Contact Information: Address, e-mail, phone number
  • Customer Transaction Information: Order details and history, participation in campaigns/surveys
  • Transaction Security Information: IP address, cookie data, device/browser information

2. For What Purposes Is Your Personal Data Processed?
Your data is processed for the purposes of receiving and delivering the orders placed through our site, executing payment transactions, managing customer services and requests/complaints, conducting membership processes, sending campaigns/promotions and e-newsletters with your consent, improving our site and services, and fulfilling our legal obligations.

3. To Whom and For What Purpose Can Your Personal Data Be Transferred?
Your personal data may be transferred to contracted cargo companies for the delivery of your order, to banks/payment institutions for payment transactions, to the hosting and information technology service providers from whom we receive services, and to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of our legal obligations. 4. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected electronically during your use of our site (via membership/order forms, cookies) and is processed based on the legal grounds of the establishment/performance of a contract, fulfillment of our legal obligations, our legitimate interests, and your explicit consent.

5. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the Law
As a Data Subject, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically/abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete/incorrectly processed, to request its deletion/destruction, to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to a result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to request the compensation of damages in case you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.
