WARRANTY CONDITIONS

In the event that you encounter a problem with the products in your order that you believe is not caused by the consumer, you may send the product to our address along with your invoice within the 6-month warranty period.

If you purchased the products from our store, you may return them to our store for inspection; for products purchased from our website, you may send them to our headquarters warehouse via Yurtiçi Kargo (Contracted shipping code: 1234082230).

In the event that a production-related problem is identified as a result of the inspection, an exchange of your product or a refund/gift voucher in the amount of the product will be issued to you. In the event that a user-related problem is encountered, your product will be sent to the address registered in the system via Yurtiçi Kargo.
