Warranty Conditions
If you encounter a problem with the products in your order that you believe is not due to consumer error, you can send the product back to our address along with your invoice within the 6-month warranty period.
If you purchase products from our store, you can return them to our store for inspection. If you purchase products from our website, you can send them to our head office warehouse via DHL Cargo (Agreed cargo code: 85080113).
If the inspection reveals a manufacturing defect, your product will be replaced or you will receive a gift voucher worth the product's value. If the problem is due to user error, your product will be shipped to the address registered in the system via DHL Cargo.
